Q. What kinds of things can you fix?
A. We regularly perform repairs on dashboards, door trim panels, leather or vinyl seats, plastic trim, and pretty much everything else in the inside of a car, boat, or RV. Check out the Before and After Photos for a better idea of what is possible.
Q. How do you do your repairs? What materials do you use? How does the process work?
A. The short answer is, it depends on the repair. If you're interested, we have a much more thorough explanation of the process.
Q. Where is your shop?
A. We are 100% mobile, and will come to you or your customer at your place of business, home, or any other location within our extensive coverage area. There is no charge for a service call.
Q. What area do you cover?
A. All of Orange County, the Inland Empire, San Diego County, and parts of eastern Los Angeles County. See our Area Map for specifics.
Q. What are your hours of operation?
A. Monday through Friday, starting at 9:00 AM. We do not work on the weekend.
Q. How much notice do we need?
A. If you call before 10:00 AM, we can almost always get to you the same day - if not, we will take care of you first thing on the following business day.
Be sure and tell us if you have an emergency (e.g. you weren't supposed to be smoking in your wife's car, and she gets home at 5:00, or your customer is supposed to take delivery of the vehicle this afternoon and your tech sat down on the seat with a screwdriver in his back pocket), and we will do our very best to come to your rescue.
Q. How long will it take?
A. Repair times vary depending on the nature of the work required, but in most situations we can perform the work on the spot within an hour of our arrival time.
Q. Will you replace or reupholster my interior?
A. No, but we can recommend reputable shops in your area for work that is not repairable.
Q. Will the color match?
A. We custom match every color for each job, and get it right - guaranteed.
Q. Will it last?
A. We guarantee all of our repairs against fading, cracking, or peeling for as long as you or your customer own the vehicle.
Some Typical Repairs Provided:
Some things we cannot typically fix:
Obviously, every job is different, and factors such as age, high-wear areas, sun exposure, and unusual materials all play a part in determining whether or not something can be repaired. Remember that estimates are always free, and we are more than happy to take a look at whatever damage you may have. No job is too big or too small. If it can be repaired, we will repair it.
